The significant day is organised by the global charity Race Against Dementia.

Who is the ambassador of Race Against Dementia?

The ambassador of Race Against Dementia is none other than the legendary racing icon, Sir Jackie Stewart. Sir Jackie Stewart is not only a three-time Formula One World Champion but also a passionate advocate for dementia research.

Having witnessed the impact of dementia on his beloved wife, Helen, Sir Jackie Stewart founded Race Against Dementia in 2017 with the mission to accelerate breakthroughs in dementia research and ultimately find a cure. His personal connection to the disease and his determination to make a difference make him the perfect ambassador for this important cause.
