No More Week 2025 UK

Help build a UK where everyone feels safe, respected, and free from the fear of violence.

What is No More Week 2025 UK?

No More Week 2025 UK is a campaign aimed at empowering change and ending domestic and sexual violence in the United Kingdom. Scheduled to take place on March 2nd – 8th 2025, it is a week-long initiative that raises awareness about various forms of violence, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and bullying.

The campaign encourages individuals to take action, speak out against violence, and support survivors. Through events, workshops, and educational resources, No More Week 2025 UK aims to create a society free from violence and promote a culture of respect and equality.

What is the No More Foundation?

The No More Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. It serves as the driving force behind the No More campaign.

The foundation works collaboratively with various organisations, advocates, and individuals to create a culture of respect, equality, and safety.

Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, the No More Foundation strives to empower individuals and communities to take a stand against violence and create lasting change.

How you can help raise awareness about domestic and/or sexual violence in the UK

Raising awareness about domestic and/or sexual violence in the UK is crucial in our collective journey towards a safer and more compassionate society.

Here are some ways you can make a difference and contribute to this important cause:

  • Educate Yourself: Take the time to learn about the realities and dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Familiarise yourself with the signs of abuse, the impact it has on individuals and communities, and the resources available for survivors.
By becoming informed, you will be better equipped to support and advocate for those affected.
  • Start Conversations: Break the silence surrounding domestic and sexual violence by engaging in open and honest discussions with your friends, family, and colleagues.
By actively listening and sharing your knowledge and insights, you can help challenge misconceptions, combat victim-blaming, and contribute to a culture of understanding and empathy.
  • Support Local Organisations: Reach out to local domestic violence and sexual assault organisations in your community. They often provide crucial services such as shelter, counselling, and legal assistance to survivors.
Consider volunteering your time, donating resources, or fundraising to support your valuable work.
  • Utilise Social Media: Harness the power of social media to amplify the message of ending violence. Share educational resources, survivor stories, and information about support services.
Use hashtags like #NoMoreWeek2025UK and #EndViolence to join the online conversation and raise awareness among your social networks.
  • Be an Active Bystander: Learn how to safely intervene if you witness a situation that could potentially escalate into violence.
By speaking up, seeking help, or simply offering support to someone in need, you can play a vital role in preventing harm and showing survivors that they are not alone.
  • Advocate for Change: Write to your local representatives, support policies that prioritise survivor safety, and demand increased funding for domestic violence and sexual assault prevention programs.
By using your voice to advocate for legislative and social changes, you can contribute to creating a society that prioritises the well-being of all its members.

Remember, every action, no matter how small, has the potential to create a ripple effect of positive change.

Together, we can build a UK where everyone feels safe, respected, and free from the fear of violence.

Let’s join hands in saying NO MORE to violence and YES to a brighter, more inclusive future.
